If you are working from home and you connect into your computer in the office, it is recommended that you close out teams on your work computer to avoid any audio complications. Your microphone and audio will not work if you are using teams through the remote connection. To close teams out follow the steps in the provided screenshot

1) click on the hidden icons ^
2) right mouse click on the teams icon
3) Quit teams
