Because you will no longer be able to be reached by extension, it will need to be removed from your email signature. Below are the steps to remove your extension from your email signature
***NOTE THERE WILL BE A DIAL BY NAME OPTION IN TEAMS FOR INTERNAL CALLS
Open a new email in Outlook
1) Click on Signatures (See second picture as it may be under the paperclip depending on your version)
2) In the dropdown select Signatures...
3) remove your extension
4) Hit save
