All Voicemails when you are on the Teams system for phone will come in as an email into your inbox. The email will contain a copy of the voicemail in mp3 format, and sometimes will have a transcription of the voicemail, but not always.
Below is an example of what this will look like, and below that an example of a potential spam voicemail that you should be weary of. The potential SPAM version, will indicate that it is from an outside source, in either BLUE or RED and ALSO could be located in your junk email. If you are unsure, please contact IT prior to clicking on any links or attachements.
