• Friday morning you can go into the server room and grab all the disks and put them into the Blue box that you currently have.  Weeks 1 and 3 there will be the 3rd additional “Email Backup Disk”  This will be plugged in at the first rack on the left attached to a White cube/Box (QNap).
  • When the iron mountain driver comes you can just give him the box you currently have and collect the box that you had ordered.

  • When received please go into the server room and plug the disks in.  The first disk to go in is the “week disk”.  Wait about a full 15 seconds then plug in the other disk.

  • Then if it is week 1 or week 3 box that you have received also plug in the “Email backup” disk into the white cube/box (Qnap) in the left rack.  You don’t have to wait before plugging this disk in.
